- We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Taking Vaccine phone orders
- Use of the MYOB software program, Microsoft products, Excel and Outlook
- Processing, packing and delivery of Vaccines and packing Dr Stores as required
- Preparation of reports
- Stock control General Administration duties and other duties as required by the logistics team
- Stocking the cold room and freezer
- Maintaining confidentiality and QML Pathology integrity
- Compliance and adherence with all QML Pathology policies and procedures and Workplace Health and Safety procedures

**About you**
- To be considered for this position, you will need to have a great blend of skills, including:
- A current Queensland Open Drivers’ License
- Sound computer skills
- Pride in professional presentation, attitudes and behaviors in line with our values
- An outstanding customer focus, including interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with both internal and external customers
- Must be a cohesive, contributing team member and display a flexible and positive attitude toward achieving outcomes
- Strong integrity and reliability
- Effective time management and organizational skills and a willingness to adhere to departmental and organizational policies and procedures
- As per Healius Policy, must be fully Vaccinated against Covid-19
