Join our high performing Claims team and challenge yourself to provide our customers with outstanding service as you support our claims handlers in a sensitive and professional way.- As a more experienced member of our Claims Support team, you’ll leverage your superior administrative experience to provide a timely, effective and proactive service to our customers and our dynamic claims teams, you’ll utilise your continuous improvement mindset to positively transform our service offering; and you’ll lead and mentor more junior team members to ensure that the team and service expectations we continue to grow and evolve.You will achieve this by following best practice guidelines, Casualty Claims processes and procedures, attention to detail and by promoting the Zurich claims’ brand in the Australian Market.- Important to your success- Proven background in an administration
