**_The Role:_**
- Processing of data into relevant claims and underwriting systems, as well as coordinating and supporting the Senior Operations Analyst in the day to day operations of the Operations department.
- Provide administrative support to the Claims
Managers and Claims team
- Management of the claims mailbox
- Ensure the integrity of the claims data is maintained and all data validations are completed as planned
- Reconcile payments entered into database to ensure accuracy of
reporting
- Document and follow administration procedures
- Manage special projects or ad hoc duties on request
**_Skills & Competencies:_**
- 1 years’ experience in an administrative role in finance and/or insurance, Life Claims Administration experience
- Tertiary/TAFE qualifications in related discipline desirable
- Ability to priortise tasks and work in a deadline driven environment
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical ability
- Intermediate MS Excel skills and with exposure with MS Access preferred
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
