**To be successful in this role you’ll need**:

- 3+ years' experience in data and analytics related role in a large complex environment
- Tertiary qualification in analytics, science, business/economics computer science or related discipline
- Programming in SQL (required), R, Python and/or SAS nice to have
- Visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau
- Experience with Data Bricks, Azure Synapse and Azure Data Lake will be highly regarded
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word to craft presentations based on a defined narrative / storyline and key messages
- Possess strong quantitative, analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly (verbal and written) and influence stakeholders
- Experience in Health Insurance will be highly regarded.
