**Maintenance Fitter**

We are currently seeking an experienced
**Maintenance fitter** to join our client based in Bayswater.

To be considered for this role you will have proven maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.

**About The Role**:

- Ensure that all sites remain operational through plant preventative, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
- Working across 3 sites throughout Melbourne metro
- Assisting with client breakdowns of conveyors and machinery
- Directly report to Managing Director with any issues and be able to escalate any issues
- Must be able to work in a small team environment

**About You**:

- Formal trade qualification as Fitter/Turner and hands-on experience in a maintenance focussed role
- A full Victorian Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Experience with Hydraulics, Pneumatics, basic Electrical troubleshooting and MIG welding
- Experience in installation and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment and/or plant equipment modifications
- Worked with Production / Operations team on improving reliability and efficiency
- A strong ability on fault finding and troubleshooting
- A motivated and driven personality with an ability to work efficiently and effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality
