We are currently seeking trade qualified Fitters for a food packaging manufacturer based in Bayswater, Melbourne.

**About the Role**:

- Casual, ongoing work
- Day shift - Potential for Overtime
- FMCG
- EBA C10 pay rate of $57.38 p/h day shift + shift penalties apply
- Long-term employment opportunity for the right person

**About You**:

- Trade Qualification
- Experience in FMCG
- Maintenance of high speed packaging machinery
- Good fault-finding skills
- Sound maintenance knowledge; maintaining production plant including working on high speed machinery, breakdowns and preventative maintenance.
- Previous experience within food, beverage or FMCG manufacturing
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing strategies and initiatives
- Have a proactive approach, strong work ethic, ability to meet the challenge and contribute to the team
- Effective communication skills
