**The Role**:
We are looking for an Multisystemic Therapy Practitioner to provide in-home clinical services to young people aged 10-17 who are at risk of entering or have recently entered Out of Home Care. You will support them and their families by addressing the root causes of antisocial behavior, using a family-centered approach that fosters long-term change.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide intensive in-home therapy to a small caseload of young people and their families.
- Develop comprehensive intervention plans that address systemic risks and empower families.
- Collaborate with key participants such as families, schools, and community stakeholders.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call roster.
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to the MST model.
- Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Experience or knowledge of family systems, behavioral, and cognitive behavioral therapies.
- Proven ability to deliver evidence-based interventions in family or system settings.
- Experience working with marginalized or hard-to-engage young people and their families.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with various agencies.
- Understanding of cultural sensitivities, especially working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field (Master’s preferred or working towards).
- Valid Working with Children Check, driver’s license, and ability to pass a Criminal Records Check.
