We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Purchasing and Accounts Admin Assistant** to join our team in Cranbourne West. This role involves monitoring stock levels and placing orders with suppliers to maintain a healthy stock level in the warehouse.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain Item Master Data
- Monitor stock levels using software
- Placing Purchase Orders with Suppliers
- Matching Invoices with incoming receipts
- Managing backorders with suppliers and customers
- General accounts administrative tasks to support the business

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous accounts, administration and/or purchasing experience
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and a **can-do attitude**:

- Willingness to perform accounts and purchasing duties to support the business.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Accounts payable: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
