This will create greater value for our members and deliver on our purpose to be "The driving force for a better WA" by 2030. - RAC Finance (RACF) specialise in market leading finance products and services ranging from personal finance, secured notes and property finance loans.. - What will you be doing? - We are seeking a dedicated Credit Admin Accounts Lead to join our team, ensuring efficient loan funding activities, payment processing, and account reconciliations while adhering to compliance legislation, policies, and process guidelines. - Other responsibilities include;- Oversee daily loan account payments, ensuring adherence to AML/CTF legislation, and upload and advance new loan files within compliance guidelines.- - Reconcile loan clearing and general ledger accounts, monitor and investigate overnight error reports, and address reconciliation challenges.- - Manage loan account closures, process Consumer Credit Insurance refunds, and manage direct debit authority forms.- - Lead stakeholder management with internal and external teams, conduct quarterly reviews of procedure manuals, and implement and assist with training for process changes.- - Perform daily data entry for loan refinanced journals and cheque repayments, respond to member payment queries, manage inboxes, and escalate significant repayments for AML/CTF issues.- - Providing relief as required and perform other duties as requested from time to timeWhat are we looking for in you?- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to compliance regulations.- - Excellent organisational and time management skills.- - Proactive problem-solving abilities and stakeholder engagement skills.- - Experience in managing loan accounts and reconciliation processes.What can we offer you? - A career at RAC is more than just a job.
