As our Internal Communications Editor, you will play a crucial role in promoting our company's achievements, positive events, and advancements within the real estate industry. You will work closely with our franchise network, ensuring effective communication and delivering engaging content that reflects the successes of our company and its franchise offices. Your creativity, exceptional writing skills, and attention to detail will be essential in crafting compelling content that resonates with our audience. Additionally, your ability to work collaboratively within a team, showcase excellent people skills, and demonstrate proactive thinking will contribute to your success in this role.

Responsibilities include:

- Create captivating content that showcases the positive events and progress within our company and franchise offices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and branding strategies.
- Write and edit press releases, blog posts, social media content, and other communications materials.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees, to gather information and stories that highlight their successes.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends, ensuring the content reflects the latest developments in the real estate sector.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all communications.
- Manage and maintain the distribution of content to the franchise network through various channels.
- Monitor and respond to feedback and inquiries from franchisees regarding PR materials.
- Proven experience as a copywriter or in a similar role, with excellent writing and editing skills.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a bonus, with the ability to understand and communicate industry-specific terminology and concepts.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Detail-oriented with an eye for accuracy and consistency in all communications.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
- Familiarity with various digital marketing platforms, social media channels, and content management systems.
