**Kailis Bros Leederville is looking for an experienced, motivated and proactive retail professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our busy Fish Market.**

The Seafood Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the retail fish market including customer experience, seafood buying, budget requirements and sales targets. We are seeking applicants with solid retail management experience. We pride our reputation on the highest quality of seafood and service and are seeking a highly committed individual to join our existing vibrant team. With extensive administration and back-office support, this role will focus on the training and leadership of our team of retail staff, ensuring the team is delivering consistently professional, efficient and friendly service.

Ensure a high level of customer service and exceptional customer experience.
POS and stock management
Quality control
Seafood buying
Staff management including rosters, training, and development.

At least two years’ retail management experience
A proven expertise in delivering on sales targets and a strength in building sales as well as controlling costs, managing waste and shrinkage.
Prior Food/Café experience viewed favourably as well as a knowledge of HACCP and food safety programs.
A hands-on approach and be extremely passionate about customer service and building positive relationships.
Exposure to effective staff management including rostering, performance management, training, and recruitment.
Knowledge of effective stock management including purchasing
Pro-active and professional in approach, presentation, and work.
Passionate about safety, cleanliness and adhering to food standards.
