**About the opportunity**
We have a 12 month fixed term opportunity within our Operations Delivery team, with the potential opportunity to extend an additional 4 - 6 months. This is a fantastic job share opportunity to return to work on part time basis (0.4 FTE). Advisor Operations Delivery is responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of operational assurance and improvement initiatives. This role is based in the Leederville office and will report to Manager Operations Compliance.
**What the role will involve**
- Provide facilitation support to forums within Operations Group with a focus of performance improvement
- Lead and support projects aimed at improving operational assurance and compliance performance across operations group
- Negotiate and influence project stakeholders to achieve an agreement of initiative or change objectives
- Monitors, identify and mitigate risks, and improve processes to maintain operational performance
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, corporate policy, procedures, and standards

- Previous exposure to delivering and or leading change and initiative projects
