**What the role will involve**:
Be an important contributor to effectively implementing change. Provide facilitation support to forums within Operations Group, focussed on performance improvement. Ultimately, you will develop and grow your knowledge of Operations.

**Key skills and experience**:

- Experience in collating and analysing performance data and reporting performance.
- Experience in delivering and or leading change and initiatives projects.
- Experience in process development and documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated business improvement, change management and project management skills.
- Exposure to Maximo and/or SAP is desirable.
- A willingness to learn and positive can-do attitude will see you do well.
