You’ll be up for rolling up your sleeves and working together with lots of different businesses and stake holders across the mountain to provide our guests with the best experience possible in a unique and challenging alpine environment.

The Guest Experience Agent plays an integral part in ensuring that Guests who arrive at the Resort have all of the information required to make their stay memorable and enjoyable. The Guest Experience Agent will take all steps necessary to ensure easy access for Guests to all of the Resort Services and Facilities.

**Operational activities of this role will include**:

- Providing Guests with all of the information required to make the most of their resort experience.
- Safety measures such as clearing ice and snow from high foot traffic areas
- Assist with busy lines at lifts and the Toboggan Parks
- Contribute to a fantastic on mountain atmosphere and experience
- Assist with information at special events

**We’re looking for people with**:

- Customer service, sales, tourism, hospitality or business related fields would be highly regarded.
- Having your own accommodation is highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills and a can do attitude
- Thrive in a team environment
- Committed and reliable
- Growth mindset
- Able to communicate with guests from all different backgrounds and walks of life with empathy and respect
- Good level of fitness, energetic and enjoy the outdoors.
- Able to work in different weather extremes.

We will provide pre season and on the job training to ensure you're well prepared to fulfill this role.
