Are you a seasoned administrator, looking to take their career to the next level? Come and join our City Property branch as a Facilities Administration Officer

In this exciting role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, providing precise and streamlined administration support to the Facilities Management team and the City Property Branch. You'll be the go-to person for delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Work closely with our dynamic team to meet administrative and operational needs, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll follow proper procedures and drive service enhancements, contributing to our ongoing progress and success.

**What you will bring...(selection criteria)**
- Experience in providing a high-level administrative support within an operational customer service focused role (Facilities Management and or Construction experience highly desirable)
- Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated experience of working in a customer focused environment.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks to achieve operational requirements and timeframes, and the ability to work in a semi-autonomous environment with limited direction.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail with proven experience of data entry and administration-based tasks.
