**About the Role**

As the FOH Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily service, managing the team, and ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience. We require someone who **knows their stuff about coffees, wines, and cocktails**, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and leads by example.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the FOH team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Maintain a **positive and professional** environment while upholding customer service standards.
- Train and mentor staff to **deliver exceptional service**.
- Oversee table service, reservations, and overall guest experience.
- Maintain strong knowledge of **specialty coffee, wines, and cocktails**.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Work closely with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.
- Manage staff rosters, stock levels, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with **health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations**.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Minimum 2+ years of FOH management experience** in a high-volume venue.
- A **chirpy, energetic, and hands-on leader** who isn’t afraid to take charge.
- **Strong leadership and communication skills** with the ability to motivate a team.
- **Extensive knowledge of specialty coffee, wines, and cocktails.**:

- Passion for hospitality and delivering top-tier customer experiences.
- The ability to stay composed and effective under pressure.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and peak service hours.
- Immediate start.
