We are seeking passionate and dynamic individuals to join our team as Junior FOH Trainers at Gami. We have a strong tradition of promoting from within and fast-tracking individuals who demonstrate their worth and aspire to build a long-term careers with our organisation.

Position: Junior FOH Trainer Contract: Full-Time Working Hours: 5 days/week

Successful applicants will have the following qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of previous hospitality experience
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service, going the extra mile to create memorable experiences for our customers
- Professional, upbeat, and friendly personality
- Strong attention to detail, initiative, and a drive to complete tasks to the highest standard
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to relate to a diverse group of employees
- Availability to work 5 days a week, including nights and weekends
- Eligibility to work in Australia is a must, and immediate availability to commence work will be viewed favorably.

Training will be provided for the following skills:

- Customer service
- Inventory management
- Cash handling
- Alcohol services (RSA certification required prior to starting work)
- Supervising and managing individual staff
- Documentation

There will be exciting opportunities to travel interstate and internationally, assisting in the opening of new stores and training new staff while contributing to the store setup.

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
