Reporting to the Senior Manager Diversity & Inclusion you will support the team and partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to successfully deliver on our Belonging at BEN strategy. Bring your expertise in workplace inclusion, barriers to work, accessibility, cultural diversity, LGBTIQ+, gender equality and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander issues and needs to deliver governance and reporting programs of work in these key areas. You will do this by engaging and influencing key stakeholders across the group with a major focus on the governance, internal and external reporting and benchmarking requirements and analysis.

We embrace flexibility and so while this position is fulltime it could be split and performed by two part time individuals. We’re happy to discuss what arrangements could work best to suit us and you.

Ideally this role will be based in one of our main office locations in Melbourne, Bendigo, Adelaide, or Sydney for the days that the team are in the office together, and then other days you’ll be working from home to help better balance your life and work. We’re also open to considering applicants based anywhere in Australia. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model with a minimum of two days in a local Head Office per week.

**As a Diversity & Inclusion Governance Specialist you’ll get to**
- Manage key D&I reporting and governance related projects within designated timeframes and budgets, in a complex and commercially focused environment.
- Complete annual Diversity & Inclusion requirements including WGEA reporting, AWEI submission.
- Support the Senior Manager Diversity and Inclusion to meet governance requirements including Board Committee papers, Annual Report input, Governance statements, Industry/ESG and Investor Reporting and Enquiries, WGEA Reporting, AWEI and Access and Inclusion Index Reporting.
- Use project delivery methodology (integration, scope, time, cost, quality, people, communications and risk) to achieve agreed outcomes.

**About You**
- You will have experience in Governance Reporting including public and Executive and Board style reporting, ideally for Diversity & Inclusion projects and submissions.
- Experience in Corporate Governance compliance and Index reporting such as WGEA, AWEI and Access and Inclusion Index.
- Demonstrated capabilities in delivering Diversity & Inclusion initiatives within complex, highly distributed organisations. Industry experience from banking, financial services or consulting is desirable.
- Demonstrated project management experience managing multiple priorities across projects to deliver within agreed scope, time, and budget.
- Excellent consulting skills to act as a trusted advisor, motivate people, and build engagement across the organisation.
- Excellent presentation, influencing, and facilitation skills.
- A genuine passion, drive, and ability to articulate the very heart of what diversity and inclusion is and align outcomes to organisational performance.
