We are seeking experienced leaders to join our Board of Directors and contribute to shaping the future of aged care, disability, and children's services.

About Our Organisation

We are a not-for-profit organisation with over 50 years' experience delivering services in rural and regional areas. Our mission is to strengthen and improve social and personal wellbeing for individuals, families, older people, carers, and people with disability.

The Director Role
  1. Provide strategic oversight and ensure strong governance as a member of our progressive and transformational Board.
  2. Contribute to the delivery of our new strategic plan and have the opportunity to progress to Chair or Deputy Chair, supported by a mentor.
  3. Apply our values and fundamentals in Board decision-making and work collaboratively with Co-CEOs, the Executive, and fellow Directors to set and progress strategic direction.
  4. Oversee risk management, governance, and budget monitoring while influencing and developing policy to strengthen community outcomes.
