This is an rewarding, fixed term opportunity reporting to the Inclusive Education Lead.The Inclusive Education Officer is part of a large team who provides Inclusive Education support, including Psychology and Speech Pathology services to CESL schools.The Inclusive Education Officer role will be responsible for supporting schools in providing information, support and advice in relation to inclusive education practices.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with educators, team members, and administrators.
Problem-solving abilities and adaptability are essential to address the diverse needs and challenges faced by students with complex learning profiles.
A deep understanding of inclusive practices, cultural competence, and respect for diverse backgrounds is crucial to ensure all students feel valued and supported.
The candidate must have a thorough understanding of disability legislation to ensure compliance and advocacy for students' rights.
Adherence to ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality, and a commitment to ongoing professional development are also required.
