About the role

We are seeking an experienced Spare Parts & Accessories Sales professional to join our dynamic retail team at Joe Rascal Harley-Davidson Dandenong. This full-time role will involve providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sale of our high-quality Harley-Davison spare parts and accessories.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, both in-person and over the phone
  2. Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate spare parts and accessories
  3. Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  4. Maintaining a neat and organised retail space
  5. Assisting with inventory management and restocking of products
  6. Collaborating with the wider retail team to deliver a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably within the motorcycle industry
  2. Strong product knowledge and the ability to match parts and accessories to customer needs
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service
  4. Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  5. A friendly, professional and helpful attitude
  6. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
