WH&S Manager
**Job Description Summary**

As the EHS Manager, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and ensuring the safety and sustainability of our operations. You’ll lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS+Q systems across a diverse property portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage EHS compliance and risk mitigation across the account
- Implement and maintain tailored EHS+Q management systems
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections
- Oversee essential safety measures and ensure legislative compliance
- Deliver training and awareness programs for staff and stakeholders
- Investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Monitor and report on EHS performance using KPIs
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and maintain certifications
- Promote a strong safety culture through mentoring and coaching

**What You’ll Bring**
- 5+ years’ experience in EHS roles, ideally in property, FM, or construction
- Strong knowledge of EHS legislation, systems, and risk frameworks
- Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- A collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in audits, compliance, and incident investigations
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS software systems
- ICAM and Lead Auditor qualifications (preferred)
