**What you'll be doing**:
As the Online Promotions Assistant, you will be responsible for setting up and managing the online customer offers for Coles Online across Web & App, helping to deliver great value for our customers.

**You will**:

- Set up customer segments for targeted offers based on customer insights
- Update the team on performance of offers and provide suggestions for continuous improvements
- Work cross functionally with various teams including Merch, Marketing, and compliance to ensure all offers are set up for success and customer compliant.
- Provide administrative support to the Trade team if issues arise.
- Ensure all customer offer briefs are complete and delivered on time
- Work closely with the data & insights team on incremental sales analysis

**You have**:

- Experience in a data analytics in a large organisation
- Experience in IBM Management Centre or similar analytical/ promotion engine
- 1-2 years’ Experience in Targeting customers through promotional / loyalty offers to deliver commercial outcomes
- Previous experience in creating & managing customer audience segments
- Strong excel skills
