Edge Trainer

**The Role**
The Learning and Development Specialist/ Trainer role is dedicated to helping others learn and develop. You will have the expertise and capability to guide individuals towards achieving their full potential. This role will involve leading the creation of advanced learning initiatives that align with our strategic goals and promote a culture of continuous learning.
- **Your Responsibilities**
- Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
- Conduct training sessions in both individual and group settings, ensuring a positive learning environment
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance service quality, streamline workflows, and reduce error rates.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs tailored to the needs of our diverse audience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality of training programs.Provide ongoing support and coaching to participants to reinforce learning and development.

**Your Capability and Experience**
- Relevant experience in Quality Assurance or in a similar role within the contact centre, with a background in coaching or training
- Exemplify a passion for customer service and adviser satisfaction, striving to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design and proficient in using training tools and technologies.
- Ability to Identify learning opportunities for team members through thorough analysis all customer interactions.Qualifications: RG146 is desirable but not mandatory.
