The role of the Digital Health Technology Analyst is responsible for providing functional and technical support for a range of current and future solutions within the Western Health Electronic Medical Record environment to support the use of EMR technology such as DCW’s, printers, WOW’s, workstations, iGel, and Mobility.
At a high level, key responsibilities include collaborating with Project Teams and Digital Technology Services to implement, document and provide training on the technology relating to the Digital Health Program, respond to technology inquiries, conduct investigations on equipment issues and undergo ongoing technical and EMR training to ensure that high service standards are exceeded.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have demonstrated experience with EMR device technologies.
- Have experience in Healthcare and/or Health sector within a large and complex organisation.
- Show demonstrated experience with Active Directory (and associated technologies) administration.
- Show demonstrated experience with SSO and IDAM solutions (e.g Imprivata and Okta)
- Have experience in configuration and administration of EMR devices including setup and maintenance using Cerner support tools such as Olympus and iCommand.
- Have proven knowledge of technologies such as Windows, Android, iOS, Printers and Medical Devices
- Be familiar with Oracle Health EMR or an equivalent EMR system
