Role Description

This is a on-site role for an Information Technology Support Analyst located in Melbourne CBD. The Information Technology Support Analyst will handle day-to-day IT support tasks, troubleshoot technical issues, perform system analysis, and ensure timely responses to support requests. This role also includes collaborating with team members to maintain and optimize IT systems, documenting processes, and providing excellent communication to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Information Technology skills to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems effectively
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting expertise to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Excellent Communication skills to provide clear and professional support to customers and colleagues
  • Knowledge of network security, system stability, or renewable energy technology is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
