West Perth, Australia APM Full time

In this full-time position based in West Perth, your core responsibility will be to provide a series of administrative and support tasks to the Legal team. You will be a valued member within our passionate Legal team of professionals focused on quality business outcomes.

**Your role will include**
- Assistance with preparation and execution of contracts on behalf of APM
- Reviewing and issuing contracts and contract variations and template setup
- Maintenance of the contract registry to ensure it is up-to-date and accurate
- Assisting the business with templates and company information for use in tenders
- regulatory filings and other company processes.
- Responding to inquiries about APM’s contracts
- Working with other departments, including operations, to ensure finalisation and execution of contracts
- Assisting the Legal team with transition to a new matter and contract management system

You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, confidence in your abilities to adapt and perform in a detail and quality focused environment. You take a common-sense approach to solving problems whilst engaging and building business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

You will bring
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and experience creating or editing contracts templates
- Knowledge and demonstratable skills in cloud-based systems for record keeping
- Experience in contract management highly regarded
- Experience in leasing and/or commercial matters preferred
- High level of attention to detail, in order to easily identify and rectify discrepancies
