**About the role**

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

- Mobilisation of all internal and external employees
- Compile, administer and process all paperwork and coordinate site entry of employees, subcontractors in line with client requirements and time frames
- Book ongoing travel, including domestic /charter flights and accommodation for baseload and shutdown personnel
- Ensure all pre-mobilisation requirements are met, including up to date qualifications and inductions
- End to end Mobilisation process

**The job requirements**:

- Proven experience mobilising large numbers of blue-collar personnel to numerous sites across the WA Pilbara region
- Experience using mobilisation packages such as ERMS, CMS, Success factors, and/or Workflow
- Experience mobilising to WA mining clients such as BHP and FMG desirable
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines efficiently, with attention to detail in a high volume and time critical environment
- Ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
