We are seeking a motivated and reliable Night Manager who is passionate about advancing their career. Join our team at Bayswater Hotel.

(Casual or Full-time Position)

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Night Manager represents the Hotel leadership in their absence between the hours of 11pm to 7.00am. Confident and considered, you’re at ease with people from all walks of life whilst ensuring the smooth running of the hotel and organising next day service delivery.

Responsible for night auditing duties, you’ll serve as the reliable point of contact, addressing any late-night guest inquiries, maintaining security and assisting with special request check-ins, checkouts when needed.

**ABOUT YOU**
- A true night owl - you’re happy to work 11pm-7am
- Analytical, adaptable and can read a situation accurately and quickly, responding with empathy and effectiveness.
- Demonstrated experience working in a hotel front office, including night audit is ideal.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Thoroughness and attention to detail is essential.
- Full unrestricted Australian work rights

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $37.13 - $51.98 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
