**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Are you a passionate hospitality professional looking for your next challenge? - this is your chance to shine

Collaborating with the Venue Manager, you’ll lead the charge and take full ownership of the Hotel’s people, product, and profit. Along with your in-depth knowledge of Front Office operations, you’re the vibrant and energetic “face” of the venue. A hands-on, influential leader, you'll train and mentor a dynamic team to deliver our personalised signature service for each of our guests and to the local Kings Cross community.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum of 2 years front office management experience
- Solid commercial acumen and business insight.
- You're a curator of memorable guest experiences
- Punctual, reliable, trustworthy, self-driven and a quick problem solver
- A commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
- Strong leadership skills that inspire and unify teams around common goals
- Sound understanding of RMS and night auditing
- Available to work across a rotating roster inclusive of evenings and weekends.
- You hold a valid Australian work visa

Hotel Diplomat on Bayswater Road (formerly the Bayswater Hotel Sydney) offers convenient and timeless accommodation in the heart of the iconic and eclectic Kings Cross. Currently undergoing a complete refresh, which will include the launch of two new food and beverage concepts, this hotel is a favourite for leisure and business travellers seeking to experience the real Sydney.

Pay: $75,500.00 - $80,000.00 per year
