Australian Federal Government Agency has a requirement for an experienced** Business Design and Change Support **in Canberra or Brisbane.

**Role Summary**:
Support the implementation and adoption of the Department Business Design and Change models to enable harmonisation and alignment of capability design and realisation processes across the Business domain.

**Responsibility**:
Monito and update the Department Business Design and Change models/teams.

Identify impacts and changes to the Department's Business Design and Change models.

Maintain the business capability roadmap with work in progress and approved and unapproved.

Assess impact upon capabilities form project change/variation of scope

Maintain the Test and Evaluation whole of life capability and the ability to develop T&E policy and guidance to assure Defence's business capability.
