**Your duties will include**:

- Liaising with suppliers to procure plant stock for the nursery, while staying within the stock budget.
- Ensuring adequate plant stock on hand to fulfill online orders, in-store orders and maintain adequate levels of general nursery stock.
- Checking supplier invoices against PO's.
- Inputting data into orders spreadsheet.
- Coordinating with the Logistics team (delivery drivers and despatch officer) on picking up stock from suppliers while on delivery runs.
- Handling customer enquiries e.g. update them on orders, provide timelines for delivery.
- Problem solving with customers e.g. missing or incorrect items.
- Be computer literate. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Be comfortable working with both internal and external customers.
- Energetic with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Friendly with a good phone manner

**Desirable skills but not essential**:

- Excellent knowledge of plants, plant identification
- Have experience working in a busy plant nursery
- A horticultural certificate is a plus but not essential.

Full time hours. Mon - Fri.

**Salary**: $26.73 - $30.00 per hour
