We have commenced our search for a dynamic and strategic Head of Market Management to supercharge our presence in the insurance market. This high-impact role will see you take the reins of our national insurer engagement strategy, building and managing relationships with top insurers, and driving our market positioning to new heights.
**About You**
You're a relationship-building pro with a proven ability to execute strategies with precision. Your experience has secured a deep understanding of the insurance market, and a proven track record of influencing industry decision-makers whilst managing broker-insurer partnerships.
Well respected and connected, you are considered an expert in the industry with everything you need either on the tip of your tongue or in your list of contacts. Strategically minded, relationship orientated and results driven, you're a well crafted combination of a business development manager and a technical operator.
Understanding key business drivers and macro market influences makes for a seamless partnership between internal and external stakeholders as you build brand awareness, optimise portfolio performance and drive insurer engagement.
At the crux of it, you're a team player, acutely aware of the power in having a proactive, solutions-focused approach to everything you do and you're keen to step into an exciting new challenge with what is already proving to be a history making move in insurance broking.
**About the Role**
Reporting to the Chief Broking Officer, you’ll work closely with our Placement Manager as the face of our brand to the underwriting marketplace. This is a significant opportunity to lead game-changing initiatives with visibility and influence that will boost your career and provide you with ongoing reward.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generate greater brand awareness in the underwriting marketplace, enhancing our reputation with insurers and generating strategic partnership opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with insurer managers, acting as the escalation point for any issues, and ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Partner with our Placement Manager to execute state and national engagement plans, ensuring our brokers are aligned with insurers and informed about market trends.
- Drive growth, retention, and engagement with strategic insurer partners, collaborating with brokers to optimise our portfolio
This role will set the pace for our business and drive highly strategic and ambitious goals for us and our key partners.
