**Could you be the next Warehouse Team Leader?**
For our clients to receive the best ever service, it is absolutely crucial that we have the right people in the warehouse ensuring that our operations run smoothly. Well suited to someone who has previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the furniture industry.

**What to expect on a day-to-day basis**
- Manage warehouse floor operations (team of 10 - 15 people)
- Manage team activity in receiving, distribution and QC operations
- Ensure accurate processing of daily inbound and outbound stock
- Maintain standards of health and safety at all times
- Support company objection of zero hard
- Participate in weekly management meetings
- Analyse warehouse KPI reports and identify improvements
- Quality control, inspecting for damage on all inbound deliveries
- Ensure goods are handled correctly to minimise damage
