Our client based in Moorabbin, specializes in the manufacturing, production, and distribution of Hebel products, proudly holding the position of top-tier Hebel Building Specialists. Renowned for their commitment to quality and innovation, they are at the forefront of the industry. They distribute to residential, commercial and domestics sites throughout the Melbourne Metro area. This is a Permanent Full-Time position for Day Shift, Monday to Friday, with flexible start times of either 6 am - 2 pm or 7 am - 3 pm.

They distribute to residential, commercial and domestics sites throughout the Melbourne Metro area.

They are currently seeking a Permanent Full-Time Warehouse Team Leader for Day Shift, Monday to Friday, with flexible start times of either 6 am - 2 pm or 7 am - 3 pm.

**About the Role**:

- Supervising warehouse and delivery staff members
- team size 3
- Operating warehouse forklifts - extensive experience with both counter-balance & reach forklifts is essential
- Assisting with roughly 15-20 loads a day
- Overseeing dispatch activities and assisting staff with picking of orders.
- Checking off inwards goods and maintaining stock locations.
- Liaising with freight forwarders and couriers
- Opening and closing of the warehouse daily.
- Communicating regularly with sales and procurement teams.
- Implementing and maintaining our new electronic warehouse system.
- Ensuring general housekeeping of warehouse and yard.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Victorian Drivers License
- LF Forklift License - extensive expereince on both counter-balance & reach forklifts is essential
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Knowledge of Hebel AAC or similar construction materials (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- A commitment to upholding safety and quality standards.
