Join this exciting design led wholesale, retail & eCommerce business in a key logistics position and be an integral member of the team. This is a truly varied role in which you will assist in co-ordinating a busy warehouse and incoming / outgoing stock. Whilst it is a team leader role, the successful individual will need to be hands-on and active, picking & packing where necessary and unloading containers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supervising incoming and outgoing stock
- Overseeing inventory accuracy & inventory counts
- Unloading containers, FCL and LCL
- Picking and packing daily orders, B2B and B2C
- Leading a team of casuals at peak times
- Maintaining a safe, clean and tidy warehouse environment

In this dynamic and fast-paced business, priorities can change quickly so it’s important to have a flexible mind set, the ability to solve problems and a keen eye for detail. Equally essential is your ability to motivate & provide guidance to the team.

To be considered for this position the following experience is preferred but not essential.
- Prior warehouse experience
- Supervising & training experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Driver’s licence essential & forklift licence
- Knowledge of warehouse safety and OHS requirements
