Join us in the role of a Warehouse Team Leader at our Dandenong site
- The role will be responsible for the management of all warehousing and distribution activities to ensure the highest levels of service are experienced by both internal and external customers.

**Exciting Challenges**
- Lead Warehouse staff by setting task performance standards focused on the goods outward process.
- Liaising with the Customer Service team to ensure prioritisation of outbound order picking
- Identify and implement ways to improve the efficiency.
- Liaise with purchasing & distribution planners to ensure proper planning and allocation of resources to manage inbound goods receipts.
- General Administration tasks or projects as required.
- To assist in carrying out risk assessments associated with procedures, introduction of new chemicals, processes, etc

**We Need Your Skills**
- Have a minimum 2 years proven experience within warehouse supervision
- Hold a Cert IV in Transport & Logistics or equivalent
- Hold a current Forklift Licence
- Be proficient in Word and Excel
