This role will see you nail the core of a loyalty program. This transformation program is focused on ensuring customers are not disconnecting and remain engaged and continue to see value in using the program.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Looking for new ways to connect customers with 'earn & burn' opportunities
- Overview of general optimisation of what they can do around their current product funnels
- Any nuances they can really dig into to ensure they are maximising all opportunities
- Work with critical stakeholders and digital squads to deliver against strategy
- What are the other opportunities that surround the organisations app
- Collaborate on mobile app strategy

**What you'll bring**:

- 5-7 years’ experience in a Digital Product Management role
- Experience working in loyalty programs
- Strong business acumen
- Strong understanding of mobile technologies
- Experience working in mobile strategy
- An eCommerce background would be a plus
- Able to wear multiple hats
