**Client Services Manager - Security**

$80,000 to $120,000 + Super (Dependent upon experience)

**Your New Company**

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an Australian-owned security company who are looking for an experienced Client Service manager to become a key component of their NSW team. They provide security services in multiple areas, such as commercial, retail, industrial, events and education. This role will mostly cover the Sydney metro area and will be based out of Western Sydney.

**Your New Role**
- My client is seeking an experienced Client Service Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships. In doing this, supporting operations staff, ensuring client satisfaction and being a key part of creating business growth. Your responsibilities will be as follows:

- You will be the main point of contact for clients, working with them to understand and address their needs, resolving any issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Monitor and review client performance metrics, to identify areas to improve and grow.
- Responsible for reports based on client satisfaction and ensuring high standards are maintained
- Provide oversight and support to operations staff.
- Be proactive in promoting ad hoc opportunities to existing clients.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure client requirements are being met and ensure the correct service is being delivered in line with the in-place agreement.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Previous experience working in client engagement, account management or similar roles.
- Driving Licence
- Security experience is preferred, but other industry backgrounds will be considered.
- Ability to work in collaboration with multiple teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
