**Customer Service Officer**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- In this role you will support one of BOC’s most complex customer portfolios, the major customer base, across Australia and New Zealand
- You will utilize your in-depth knowledge of the BOC Order to Cash process to manage EDI related tasks, addressing issues that stem from pricing, orders, deliveries, and invoicing errors
- You shall work closely with customers, major account executives and account owners to ensure root causes of errors causing EDI failures are resolved to ensure orders are processed through to invoicing seamlessly
- Resolve customer enquiries by clarifying their requirement; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

**What makes you great**
- You possess understanding of the special mixture process and special gases supply chain
- You possess advanced verbal, written communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of SalesForce, SAP, Microsoft Office 365
- Strong influencing and time management skills with the ability to manage own tasks ensuring they are completed to a high standard inside agreed timeframes is required
- 1+ years customer service experience required
