**About the role**:
The People and Culture (P&C) Coordinator is responsible for supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of people & culture strategies in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the company. Under the guidance of the P&C Manager provide P&C advice, information, guidance and support to employees and mangers to ensure all requirements are met under relevant employment agreements and policies.

**What you will be doing**:

- Support a working environment where people feel engaged, rewarded and valued.
- Provide timely, accurate and appropriate advice to managers and employees in relation to people and culture and industrial relations issues.
- Work closely with the P&C Manager to support the development of people-centred strategies and policies that assist the company in achieving its vision-related strategic objectives.
- Work closely with the P&C Manager to support the successful implementation and continuous improvement of the Kinetic Way, ensuring policies and procedures are followed and controls are in place to manage risk.
- Develop effective relationships with the business to promote good employee relations across the organisation.
- Assist with compiling relevant information for P&C reports for various stakeholders
- Under the guidance of the P&C Manager, engage in effective case management of people related issues such as: disciplinary, performance management, grievance, and absence management.
- Assist in the investigation of workplace incidents
- Assist in the mediation of workplace issues

**Some of the skills/experience you may bring**:

- Certificate in Human Resources or related discipline would be beneficial.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong numerical analytical skills
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated enthusiastic approach to day-to-day business operations and positive approach to a continual changing work environment.
- Strong computer literacy, MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
