We are seeking an experienced and proactive Coordinator to join our dedicated Recruitment & Selection team for this fixed term opportunity (ending June You will have a passion for administration, coordinating, and supporting the team with a variety of recruitment-based activities within the People & Culture division. WFH/Hybrid options are available however the applicant will be required to work from our Doncaster office a minimum of 2 days per week (our all-team day is Thursday).

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Advisor Recruitment & Selection, the focus of the role is to provide administrative and coordination support to our recruitment team, delivering a variety of recruitment processes across the business.  Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Support various recruitment and selection processes from commencement to conclusion through the delivery of high-level administrative activities
  • Effective and timely inbox management and distribution of documents and correspondence to candidates
  • Effective coordination of the recruitment and selection process including preparation of documentation and files, posting advertisements, preparing documents for shortlisting, reviewing applications where appropriate, arranging interviews, supporting interviews and assessment centres, conducting reference checks and maintaining relevant job files on AV systems & networks
  • Contribute and support ongoing improvements to recruitment and selection processes, candidate management practice, and customer service

About you

The ideal candidate will have extensive administration experience (preferably in a large or complex organisation), an eye for detail, exemplary organisational skills, and a passion for learning and continuous improvement. To be considered for this position you will possess:

  • Experience providing administrative support and coordination in a team environment, preferably in a large, complex, or public sector capacity
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
  • High level proficiency with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and using e-recruitment systems
