We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Part Time Receptionist/ Client Liaison officer to join our busy clinic in Gold Coast. This role is imperative to the smooth running of the clinic in its capacity as a support person to our surgery team, as well as creating an excellent client experience from the initial contact right through to post
- procedure follow ups.

About You

The Role

In this role, your key responsibilities will be to:

- Adhering to and executing a variety of work process checklists
- Meet and greet with clients and visitors to the clinic
- Overseeing every aspect of the appointment process (confirmation, rescheduling, following ups etc.)
- Managing client records in a confidential manner
- General office maintenance duties (stock control, rostering, sales and invoice purchase orders, banking)
- The ability to conduct themselves in a highly professional manner in spoken and written communication
- Able to work and troubleshoot autonomously, but also know when to seek assistance
- Experience in a clinical setting or similar highly professional environment
- The ability to work across a range of priorities
- A general understanding of the Hair Replacement and Cosmetic Industry
