About the Role:
This is a 12-month full-time contract role with high potential for extension to be based in either in Brisbane or Sydney with the possibility of combined home/office-based arrangements to have flexible work-life balance.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Relationship management with all customers in the territory virtually and in person.- Achieving targets by retaining and growing existing customer accounts.- Manage opportunities proactively in line with renewal dates and inbound leads.- Ability to write complex correspondence and proposals including excellent presentation skills to pitch key solutions.- Competent with Microsoft Office suite and CRM system.- Demonstrated selling methodology with an understanding of Australian legislation preferred.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Degree qualified (Business, Economics, Finance or Marketing preferred) with 5+ years relevant work experience - preferably the legal solutions market.- Minimum 3 years Key/Strategic Account Management experience using solution and consultative selling approaches.- Understanding of Australia’s legal system with Sound market knowledge ideally in legal /professional / risk (preferred).- Territory and stakeholder management at executive level with the ability to nurture relationships at a strategic level.- Excellent- communication
- and conflict resolution skills and proven ability to negotiate.- Ability to write proposals and other communications to describe business requirements and proposed solutions.- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategies will be desirable.- A proven track record of working successfully in a challenging and commercially driven B2B sales environment.- High level presentation skills.- Strong communication skills with ability to build relationships.- Strong numeracy skills, sales reporting, and CRM management with proficiency in MS Excel.
