We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organised Medical Receptionist to join our team. This is a casual position or open to permanent part time with flexible hours, ideal for someone looking to contribute to a supportive healthcare environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist patients in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient inquiries.
- Handle administrative tasks including data entry, handle workcover billings.
- Follow up on overdue accounts.
- Support medical staff with day-to-day operations.
- Ensure a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Previous experience in a medical reception or administrative role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with medical software is a plus.
- A compassionate and patient-centered approach.
