**The Organisation**

Our client is a market leader in the online Australian literature market and is looking for an experienced and passionate Customer Service Officer to join their team

Conveniently located in Rhodes, our client has a vibrant and dynamic environment with a strong team culture. This is a permanent role, with training and development provided to ensure individual performance and growth.

**The Opportunity**

The successful applicant will work with our customers via phone calls, answering customer queries and resolving customer problems. Those with a positive attitude, attention to detail and desire to offer the best service experience, will be best suited to the role.

As a Customer Service Officer, your responsibilities will include:

- Process all incoming orders checking for stock availability and providing orders with the correct status information.
- Promptly escalate and report issues in line with company policies and procedures.
- Complete customer support administrative tasks as directed including making outbound customer follow-up calls and messages including (but not limited to) PayPal disputes, eBay order support, Order Processing and Status updates, Returns processing and administering Customer Pick-up parcels and Customer order status and progress.

**Skills and Experience**

To be successful in this role, the below skills and experience is desired.
- Experience in customer service roles preferred but not required.
- Ability to build rapport quickly through strong phone manner.
- High attention to detail with outstanding written and oral skills.
- A strong passion for providing exceptional customer service.

**Hours of work**

Available to work Monday - Friday 8am-5pm - rotating rosters
