Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a permanent full-time marketing guru to join our marketing team at Gary Peer in our Caulfield North.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies as well as creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and analysing metrics to measure the success of campaigns. You will also assist in the day to day running of the marketing department as well as our other digital channels.
The successful applicant will have:
" Proven experience in developing and executing effective marketing content and strategies such as on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
" A strong understanding and experience utilising Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
" At least a bachelor's degree.
" Previous work experience in similar roles is a must. An interest in or background in the real estate industry is a bonus, but not essential.
**Responsibilities**:
" Develop and execute marketing strategies and digital marketing campaigns across the business.
" Curate, create and schedule engaging content for all social media platforms.
" Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
" Manage, test, and optimise campaigns across social media to increase web traffic & brand awareness.
" Analyse and report on social media metrics to measure the success of our campaigns.
" Assist in the day to day running of the marketing department and digital channels.
