We’re on the lookout for a Financial Accountant who wants to contribute to the continued success of our brand and customer experience to join our family

**_About your new career:_**
As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be an important member of the Finance team. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including:

- Capturing of a high volume of expense invoices across multiple group companies
- Allocating expense invoices to the correct Cost Centre within each group company
- Responsible for the processing and reconciliation of Credit Cards
- Preparing Creditors Statement reconciliations where required
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Supplier engagement relating to setting up new accounts and/or resolving statement queries
- Preparation of Fortnightly payment batches
- Other duties as required by the Financial Controller or Director

**_A little about you:_**
You’re a passionate Accounts Payable Clerk/Officer, who enjoys being part of a growing, evolving environment, contributing towards the collective team outcome, yet able to work autonomously to deliver outputs to a high standard.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable and Bank account reconciliations
- High attention to detail, whilst managing multiple tasks.
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Computer literacy, particularly experience working with MS Office and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on priorities.
- Tertiary qualification - Accounting, Finance, Business or similar (Desirable but not required)
