**What’s the opportunity?**

As a Product Manager at Telstra Health, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that product development aligns seamlessly with our strategic objectives. You'll collaborate closely with your team to drive innovation, balancing business goals, customer needs, and resources to achieve positive outcomes.

**Key accountabilities include;**
- Own and manage product features throughout the lifecycle within your domain.
- Drive discovery for new product initiatives, utilising tools like lean canvas and personas.
- Prioritise team tasks for continuous development.
- Deep understanding of personas, customer journeys, delight points, and pain points.
- Maintain detailed documentation and communicate the product vision to the development team.
- Champion the product vision across the organization and create requirements for engineering and support teams.
- Analyse market data, engage SMEs, and inform industry best practices.
- Present at internal showcases and coordinate product launches.
- Track product performance and make enhancement decisions.
- Encourage a culture prioritizing research-backed and customer-focused data.
- Champion modern product management practices throughout the wider business.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements, user story writing, and journey mapping.

**About you**:

- Minimum 2-3 years' Product Manager experience in a software development environment (B2B or SaaS preferred).
- Experience with software implementations, project management, and/or change management.
- Agile software development and Human-Centered Design experience.
- Previous involvement in developing roadmaps aligned with company goals.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles and launching and measuring the success of products.
- Exposure to the Healthcare industry is highly regarded.
- Technical or design experience is highly regarded.
