**Opportunity**

We are now seeking an Administration Assistant to join the team. Leading the way with innovation and change, this exciting position is a casual role located in our Narellan office. Duties will include however are not limited to:

- Answering incoming phone calls
- Assist with visitor queries
- Processing timesheets into Pronto
- Keeping accurate records and documentation
- Assist with the dispatching of goods
- General administration duties as required.

We aim to start this role off at 3 days a week. You will be required to work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Further opportunities for advancement may be available.

**The Right Person**

To be considered for this opportunity, the right person will be:

- Previous experience in customer service or reception role.
- Data entry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- A real passion for customer service and administration
- Team player attitude with the desire to get things done.
